We provide an authorized repair service for Rolex and Omega watches.
What does this mean to you? Instead of having it sent directly to Rolex or Omega, we provide a local Certified Watchmaker of the 21st Century from the American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute, who is able to obtain original genuine factory parts and perform repairs to factory observered standards. There are very few repairmen left who maintain this standard. It means spending thousands of dollars on the latest equipment, and mantaining precise records. A virtually dust free work atmosphere is regularly inspected by Rolex and other watch companies. Of course we repair many other kinds of watches, so please bring your watch in and we will estimate it before any work is done.
All fully repaired watches are warranted for one year to be free of defect of labor. Parts are warranted on a replaced basis for one year to be free of defect. We cannot warranty non-replaced parts, as not all parts in a repair are replaced. We cannot warranty watches which are subjected to conditions they are not designed to withstand.
